lauraDr. Laura Randazzo Sabnani
Dr. Laura Randazzo Sabnani graduated from Valley Stream Central High School and is so happy to be back to serve the area she grew up in. After High School she went on to complete a bachelors of science degree at St. Johns University. Dr. Laura continued on to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA where she received her D.M.D. degree in 2004, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Laura was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, an honor awarded to only the top 10% of the graduating class. Following dental school Dr. Laura completed an Advanced Degree in General Dentistry at the University of Connecticut. While working in private practice in Massachusetts, Dr. Laura realized her passion for working with children. She returned to academia to complete a 2 year pediatric dentistry residency at the Lutheran Medical Center in Providence, RI where she served as chief resident. Following residency she worked as an attending supervising the pediatric dental residents and treating patients in the clinic and operating room setting.

Dr. Laura is a highly accomplished and enthusiastic pediatric dentist with a strong commitment to making each visit enjoyable for her patients.

Dr. Laura is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the Nassau County Dental Association.

romeyDr. Romey Sabnani
Dr. Romey Sabnani grew up on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands which is the inspiration for the design of the office. Dr. Sabnani’s genuine passion for orthodontics, his priority to stay at the forefront of his specialty, and his desire to provide the highest quality of care for all patients make him an exceptional orthodontist. Dr. Sabnani attended Roger Williams University for his undergraduate education where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. After receiving his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) as a double major in Biology and Chemistry from Roger Williams, Dr. Romey continued his studies at the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree he continued his studies at the University of Connecticut Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. Dr. Sabnani returned to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine to complete his specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. At Tufts, his research interests were in tooth agenesis and its prevalence in different ethnicities and malocclusions.

Dr. Sabnani practiced in Rhode Island and Massachusetts before moving to Long Island. Dr. Sabnani is an active member of the American Dental Association, Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, and American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Sabnani’s hobbies include sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Romey Sabnani and Dr. Laura Randazzo Sabnani met in Dental School and were married shortly after. Their dream of having an office of their own has become a reality with the opening of New Wave Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. They have three young boys, Jace, Bryce and Vince. They enjoy showing them all the fun things Long Island has to offer.

Dr. Elizabeth Scisci
Dr. Elizabeth Scisci, or “Dr. Liz” as she is known by her patients is a pediatric dentist and a Nassau County native. After growing up in Farmingdale, NY she went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. She then completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and PhD in Oral Biology and Pathology in a combined degree program at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. While conducting research, she was awarded a 5-year fellowship from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research.

Dr. Liz’s passion for cavity prevention and instilling the values of dental and oral health in her patients from the earliest age possible drove her to pursue specialty training in pediatric dentistry. She completed a 2-year residency at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of PhiIadelphia, earning her specialty certificate.
Dr. Liz strives to make her patients feel as comfortable as possible during dental visits. She understands that childhood is the perfect time to provide positive experiences at the dental office so that her patients can develop a lifelong love of the dentist.

Dr. Liz with her husband, Dave, live back in their hometown of Farmingdale. Together they enjoy long walks with their dog Rufus, beach days, cheering at Islander games, and traveling.

Dr. Jacklyn Brown

Dr. Jackie is a board certified pediatric dental specialist originally from Merrick, New York. Deciding at an early age to become a pediatric dentist, she pursued a combined degree program at the University at Buffalo for both her undergraduate and dental education. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from both programs and gained membership into the Omega Kappa Upsilon dental scholastic society. While in dental school, she was given the opportunity to help children in need by volunteering at a dental clinic in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, and continues to love giving back to the community whenever possible.

After completing her dental education, Dr. Jackie obtained her certificate in pediatric dentistry at Northwell Children’s Hospital in New York. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Jackie is committed to providing the highest quality of dental care to children of all ages, and strives to make every dental experience fun, comfortable, and rewarding.
In her free time, Dr. Jackie enjoys reading, shopping, travel, and having fun with her husband and three little girls. She is excited to be moving back to Long Island and exploring all it has to offer!
